AG Jesus Piece

June 30th, 2010

AG Jewelry releases their first collection which is the Jesus. The AG Jesus Piece is crafted by hand in the Bay Area and is created by our friends Paul Escolar, Reis Hood, Rob Fang and Dave Fang who started the company last September. We are very excited about this project because of the great quality that is attached to every piece and the limited quantities they make. The AG Jesus piece will only be available at the Black Scale store in San Francisco. You can call us for phone orders or simply walk in and get them while they last. They are available now.

LV the Stylist Bday

June 28th, 2010

After Boston we went back to New York to attend our friend LV the stylist’s birthday party at Amnesia in the Chelsea district. We met up with our friends from Arizona and enjoyed drinks of Belvedere and Veuve Clicquot champagne that had us up till 7am in the morning raging with the girls and Bougie Bob. Another great memory I rarely remember to add to the books. Great times. Thanks LV. We love you man.

Boston

June 26th, 2010

Boston is home to many things and what caught my attention about Boston was how many first things started there for example we saw the first public school, I know that is pretty random but I thought that was pretty cool. We touchdown in Cambridge and our first stop was to see Frank the Butcher at Concepts and our brother from another mother Set Free who I see all over the globe on accident and Curtains who I will be blogging about in a few so stay tuned. We saw what Frank had cooking in his office and at the Concepts store and I have to say Frank is killing the game. So great to see our friends doing well and changing the game little by little. Our second stop was to see what was cracking at the Karmaloop office and I have to say that office is cracking. The work environment is bananas and I hope to see our headquarters run like that one day. Got to see Holland, Dohnn, Dennis and Dani all killing it with what they do best and it was great to finally see the facility and feel the energy that goes down in that place. Thanks for having us. Outside of all the business that brought us to Boston we also came to see our friend Wahid (Sweat the World) who celebrated his birthday that jumped off at Venue later that day to see Taz Arnold and Curtains host the event and Million $ Mano killing the club with his insane set that had the club jumping. I have to say Boston is a really dope city and we had such an amazing time that we will make more trips to Boston in the future. Hawaii Mike killed it again with the food and before we left he told us about Barking Crab along the waterfront and killed a few lobsters before we hit the road. Hawaii Mike you are the man.

Connecticut

June 24th, 2010

In route to Boston from New York we passed through Connecticut with Hawaii Mike, Eiknarf, Brad and Rob to eat at Louie’s lunch who invented the hamburger located near Yale University home of the Skull & Bones. I must say the hamburger was a interesting experience with no extra dressing added to your hamburger but the three simple options you ordered. We also passed by the Skull & Bones club house at Yale and snapped a few pictures with my Iphone because I wasn’t prepared with a real camera. It was a great experience to see the city, eat Louie’s lunch and to see the home of the Skull & Bones and if you ever make it out to Connecticut I suggest doing both.
